Jóni Ricsi (Richárd Jóni) seeds from Hungary

Be careful and think 10 times before you pay him. You may get nothing or something you didn't order, something worthless. Also be careful with his colleague Gelencsér Ferenc.

In a few words:

• I paid in advance.
• I was deceived for months.
• Finally a friend in Hungary collected the seeds from him personally.
• They were completely different seeds than the ones ordered, worthless.

A more detailed history:

• I ordered seeds (5 species: taxus baccata, tilia tomentosa, ginkgo biloba, acer campestre, catalpa bignonioides) in November 2024 and paid the entire amount in advance to the bank account (2024‑11‑19);
• In November, Jóni promises to pack the seeds so that they can be sent by courier as a parcel ("I can put the bags into 2 cardboard boxes as well; it's not a problem.")
• he informs that he packed the seeds in one package measuring 150 cm (if there was one, it would not be possible to send it by courier), another time - in 2 packages of 150 cm length;
• once he asks when I will send the courier, another time he promises to repack the seeds in packages of sizes acceptable to courier companies, another time he says that the seeds are ready;
• he starts writing messages only in Hungarian, and not in English as before the payment;
• in December, after a month of deceiving me, Jóni is contacted by my lawyer - Jóni claims that he had a car accident, but he will send the entire order;
• of course he still hasn't sent the order - e.g. in January 2025 (2025-01-02) he wrote: "I can send the packages next week";
• despite requests and promises - he did not send any seeds;
• I paid a friend from Hungary who went to pick up the seeds in person on 21st January 2025;
• I ordered 5 species of seeds and received 4 bags of seeds of 2 species that I did not order at all, worthless seeds.
• When I categorically demand a refund, he promises unheard of things, that we will do business together, offers wild garlic... and other nonsense.
• To this day (2025-03-08) I have neither ordered seeds nor a refund.
